Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your AbFab Cleaning cap. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’ve got you covered.

• Returns: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn, and unused condition with tags attached.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Exchanges: If you’d prefer an exchange, we’re happy to send out a replacement cap (subject to stock availability).

• Non-Returnable Items: Customized or worn products cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
